Marcell is great! He replaced my sump pump, capped a few pipes, and helped me identify the source of a sewage water leak I had in my basement. He took his time to explain things to me and went above & beyond helping me fix things around my basement. I will definitely be using Rooter for future plumbing work!

I called Everett on a Sunday, Feb 20 at 7:30 AM and he answered the phone very promptly, he was at my property in less than a half an hour to help me snake out my sewer line… Completed the job in 30 minutes with great efficacy and I’m so glad that I met him. Will definitely be calling him back for all of my plumbing and draining issues. Not too many trustworthy professional and Prompt people that you meet in this line of work. Very appreciative to have found this company.

This is the only company that answered my call at 7am on Saturday and had a plumber out to me by 9am. I was in a real panic because of a crack in my drain pipe that caused my basement to flood with water. The plumber came out accessed the situation and told me what needed to be done he went and got all the supplies he needed to make the repairs when he returned to my home he got right to work no time was wasted. I even had a leak in my toilet that was discovered while he was here and he repaired that as well. Bottomline I will definitely be using this company again.

A year and half ago, I hired Everest for a busted pipe. I called him around 10 pm, he showed up 15 minutes after. He took care of the problem, a problem that could’ve cost me a lot of money in damages if he didn’t act so quickly. He did an amazing job and the price was good too. Ever since, I only call Everest with any plumbing issues. My house is more than 100 years old, I have many plumbing issue and every time I call him, he shows up right away, does a job and give me a good price. Everest proof to me that he’s not about the money, he just want a happy client. I’m in peace knowing I have a responsible, reliable, clean and honest plumber. Highly recommend, Lissy

I had sewage backup. They were able to find the problem within minutes using a camera in the pipes. Pipe was broken under concrete. They came and did the job right away switch attention to detail. Great job and reasonably priced!

Rooter Experts did a fantastic job identifying the cause of a blocked drain. Everest is easy to talk to, good at explaining the entire procedure, and went above and beyond in trying to fix the problem. It was a block in the city main sewer line, so he gave me all of the documentation and info I needed on getting the town to fix the problem. Everest and Rooter Experts are outstanding. Thanks!

They are very fast, very smart for the work they do.if you get them on the phone they come right away and do an excellent job. They do a perfectly job and then are very hard worker.

Everest was professional and responsible. I hired him to connect a special pipe to copper. Other plumbers had failed before. Everest spent a lot of time going to different stores to look for parts that fit this kind of special pipe. In the end, he fixed it. I’m satisfied and would recommend Everest for your plumbing needs.
